I absolutely love the painting, unfortunately communication was sorely lacking after being great in the beginning. Initially my order was forgotten about and then never shipped after it was completed. It took over two months to actually get and that was only after opening a case and then escalating it with Etsy. I understand life gets busy but I wish the owner would have just said she couldn't take my order.

I had made a mistake and didn't put in my color requests on the order receipt. When I contacted the owner she said she would make another immediately with the colors requested and get it sent and I sent back the original no extra charges!! Great find for my friends antler and arrow theme nursery she loves it!!

Absolutely love this! The shop owner was wonderful to work with. The Post Office damaged the first delivery, I was crushed. But I contacted her right away and she sent me another one in a couple business days (hand painted). I'm very happy with my purchase!! It completes my sons hobby board giving me the capability of putting some mom love on there while it still looks rugged!
